Using mouse models and primary neuron cultures, we focus on identification of genes, molecular mechanism and signaling cascades that regulate\u00a0<strong>neuron polarization, axonal\/dendritic growth and guidance\u00a0<\/strong>in the developing nervous system, and their deregulation that leads to\u00a0<strong>neurodevelopmental disorders<\/strong>\u00a0as\u00a0<strong>autism spectrum disorders<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>epilepsy<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>schizophrenia<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b55d025
