the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers\u00a0(&#8220;Charter &amp; Code&#8221;). The Action Plan is a set of actions and indicators to address the gaps identified in the Gap Analysis and to implement the principles of the Charter &amp; Code. The OTM-R Policy is a set of guidelines and procedures that aligns the Institute\u2019s recruitment and selection process of the Institute with the\u00a0Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
