A <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s00018-025-05798-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">study<\/a> published in <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/journal\/18\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences<\/a> demonstrates that these clocks can be rapidly reprogrammed by changing meal times, which in turn influences other important processes in the brain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-0\">A mismatch between light exposure and meal timing can disrupt the brain\u2019s internal environment and increase the risk of metabolic or neurodegenerative diseases.
