Tento \u00fastav Akademie se sv\u00fdmi t\u00e9mer 400 zamestnanci rad\u00ed mezi nejv\u00fdznamnej\u0161\u00ed pracovi\u0161te v&nbsp;biologick\u00fdch ved\u00e1ch a biomedic\u00edne v&nbsp;Cesk\u00e9 republice. Jeho hlavn\u00edm zameren\u00edm je zejm\u00e9na charakterizace pr\u00edcin vzniku onemocnen\u00ed nervov\u00e9ho a kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a vybran\u00fdch metabolick\u00fdch chorob. V\u00fdzkum v&nbsp;techto oblastech je nezbytn\u00fd pro lep\u0161\u00ed prevenci, diagnostiku a l\u00e9cbu techto z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch onemocnen\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Behem neform\u00e1ln\u00edho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed reditel \u00fastavu, doktor Jan Kopeck\u00fd, zduraznil, \u017ee velk\u00e1 vet\u0161ina z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch onemocnen\u00ed v&nbsp;rozvinut\u00fdch zem\u00edch, mezi kter\u00e9 se rad\u00ed tak\u00e9 Cesk\u00e1 republika, souvis\u00ed s&nbsp;nezdrav\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem a st\u00e1rnut\u00edm populace. Pri vzniku techto chorob \u2013 od neurodegenerativn\u00edch onemocnen\u00ed a\u017e po ischemickou chorobu srdce nebo cukrovku &#8211; se uplatnuje souhra podobn\u00fdch patologick\u00fdch mechanismu. D\u00edky \u0161irok\u00e9mu z\u00e1beru pri v\u00fdzkumu podkladu uveden\u00fdch chorob m\u00e1 Fyziologick\u00fd \u00fastav na tomto poli unik\u00e1tn\u00ed a siln\u00e9 postaven\u00ed. Pozn\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;rade smeru pokrocilo do t\u00e9 m\u00edry, \u017ee bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 pristoupit k&nbsp;praktick\u00fdm \u2013 l\u00e9karsk\u00fdm &#8211; aplikac\u00edm. Dr. Kopeck\u00fd na nekolika pr\u00edkladech uk\u00e1zal, jak\u00fdm zpusobem vedci ve Fyziologick\u00e9m \u00fastavu k&nbsp;re\u0161en\u00ed techto ot\u00e1zek pristupuj\u00ed, vcetne nov\u00fdch metodick\u00fdch postupu a spolupr\u00e1ce s&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edmi akademick\u00fdmi a mimoakademick\u00fdmi institucemi. Oba host\u00e9 se zaj\u00edmali i o historii \u00fastavu, a zejm\u00e9na o jeho dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj. Dr. Kopeck\u00fd uvedl, \u017ee, \u201ekvalita na\u0161eho v\u00fdzkumu do znacn\u00e9 m\u00edry z\u00e1vis\u00ed na kvalite experiment\u00e1ln\u00edch zv\u00edrec\u00edch modelu onemocnen\u00ed, bio-modelu, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me. N\u00e1\u0161 \u00fastav byl prukopn\u00edkem v&nbsp;zav\u00e1den\u00ed rady z&nbsp;nich, a tyto bio-modely jsou ted vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny v&nbsp;\u0161irok\u00e9 mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci.&nbsp; Chceme-li ale delat v\u00fdzkum na svetov\u00e9 \u00farovni, mus\u00edme modernizovat infrastrukturu, zejm\u00e9na rekonstruovat prostory a vybaven\u00ed pro chov a ust\u00e1jen\u00ed experiment\u00e1ln\u00edch zv\u00edrat\u201c.&nbsp; D\u00e1le uvedl, \u017ee \u201ev&nbsp;posledn\u00edch dvou letech se podarilo ve spolupr\u00e1ci s&nbsp;ostatn\u00edmi biologicky zameren\u00fdmi \u00fastavy krcsk\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu definovat spolecnou koncepci a pl\u00e1n postupn\u00e9 rekonstrukce infrastruktur nezbytn\u00fdch pro vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed bio-modelu. Ted je nezbytn\u00e9 prostredky pro tuto rekonstrukci z\u00edskat\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fgu.cas.czhttps:\/\/www.fgu.cas.cz\/upload\/files\/historicky planek arealu.jpg\" style=\"width: 700px; height: 363px;\" alt=\"-\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><em>Fyziologick\u00fd \u00fastav spolu s&nbsp;nekter\u00fdmi&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edmi \u00fastavy AV CR se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v&nbsp;krcsk\u00e9m are\u00e1lu, kter\u00fd byl postaven v&nbsp;\u0161edes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oba host\u00e9&nbsp;pak nav\u0161t\u00edvili nekolik oddelen\u00ed \u00fastavu:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oddelen\u00ed Chovu a zoohygieny laboratorn\u00edch zv\u00edrat <\/strong>v&nbsp;budove hlavn\u00edho zverince, pod veden\u00edm jeho nov\u00e9 vedouc\u00ed, doktorky Krist\u00fdny B\u00edlkov\u00e9. Reditel znovu zduraznil nezbytnost tohoto zar\u00edzen\u00ed pro re\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch \u00fakolu Fyziologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu a cel\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu, i nutnost postupn\u00e9 rekonstrukce jeho hlavn\u00edch technologick\u00fdch c\u00e1st\u00ed. Informoval tak\u00e9 o predstave a mo\u017enostech rozvoje experiment\u00e1ln\u00edch bio-modelu pro potreby ostatn\u00edch \u00fastavu v&nbsp;Krcsk\u00e9m are\u00e1lu.&nbsp; V&nbsp;budove zverince s\u00eddl\u00ed i oddelen\u00ed Genetiky modelov\u00fdch onemocnen\u00ed, pod veden\u00edm doktora Michala Pravence. Oddelen\u00ed je zamereno na v\u00fdzkum genetick\u00e9ho podkladu tzv. \u201emetabolick\u00e9ho syndromu\u201c, kter\u00fd souvis\u00ed s&nbsp;obezitou a vede k&nbsp;rozvoji diabetu 2.&nbsp;typu, kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch chorob a dal\u0161\u00edch onemocnen\u00ed. Rizikov\u00e9 faktory pro rozvoj metabolick\u00e9ho syndromu a k&nbsp;nemu v\u00e1zan\u00fdch onemocnen\u00ed jsou podm\u00edneny mnoha geny s&nbsp;mal\u00fdmi \u00facinky a jejich interakcemi s&nbsp;faktory prostred\u00ed. Oddelen\u00ed doktora Pravence z\u00edskalo celosvetov\u00e9 uzn\u00e1n\u00ed a udr\u017euje v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce zejm\u00e9na d\u00edky vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed unik\u00e1tn\u00edho bio-modelu rekombinantne imbredn\u00edch potkanu, kter\u00fd umo\u017enuje charakterizovat vliv jednotliv\u00fdch genu na rozvoj v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch onemocnen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fgu.cas.czhttps:\/\/www.fgu.cas.cz\/upload\/files\/P1060813.JPG\" style=\"width: 300px; height: 225px;\" alt=\"-\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><em>Nov\u00e1 metoda pro v\u00fdvoj transgenn\u00edch potkanu.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V <strong>oddelen\u00ed Biologie tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1ne<\/strong>, nove pod veden\u00edm, doktora Martina Rossmeisla, se host\u00e9 sezn\u00e1mili s&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edmi komplexn\u00edmi pr\u00edstupy pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdmi ve Fyziologick\u00e9m \u00fastavu pro v\u00fdzkumem fyziologick\u00e9 regulace metabolismu a jej\u00edho naru\u0161en\u00ed pri obezite a doprovodn\u00fdch onemocnen\u00edch. V\u00fdzkumn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci uk\u00e1zali, jak jsou poruchy studov\u00e1ny, vcetne pou\u017eit\u00ed modern\u00ed techniky \u00b5CT\/PET pro anal\u00fdzu jednotliv\u00fdch org\u00e1nu a tk\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;cel\u00e9m zv\u00edreti nebo s&nbsp;vy\u017eit\u00edm syst\u00e9mu pro anal\u00fdzu metabolismu cel\u00e9ho zv\u00edrete na podklade nepr\u00edm\u00e9 kalorimetrie. Reditel pri t\u00e9 pr\u00edle\u017eitosti zduraznil, \u017ee \u201ebehem posledn\u00edch let se ve Fyziologick\u00e9m \u00fastavu podarilo zav\u00e9st mnoho jedinecn\u00fdch technik a z\u00edskat potrebn\u00e9 pr\u00edstrojov\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed, kter\u00e1 umo\u017enuj\u00ed komplexn\u00ed charakterizaci bio-modelu, zejm\u00e9na laboratorn\u00edch my\u0161\u00ed a potkanu, od celotelov\u00e9 \u00farovne \u2013 napr. chov\u00e1n\u00ed a metabolismu &#8211; pres funkci jednotliv\u00fdch org\u00e1nu, a\u017e po nejmodernej\u0161\u00ed pr\u00edstupy na mikroskopick\u00e9 a ultrastruktur\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fgu.cas.czhttps:\/\/www.fgu.cas.cz\/upload\/files\/2017_07_25_10_09_031.png\" style=\"width: 300px; height: 154px;\" alt=\"-\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><em>Technologie \u00b5CT\/PET umo\u017enuje zobrazit hnedou tukovou tk\u00e1n v&nbsp;\u017eiv\u00e9 my\u0161i.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dokladem skvel\u00e9ho pr\u00edstrojov\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed byla t\u00e9\u017e demonstrace syst\u00e9mu <strong>CellVizio<\/strong>, kter\u00fd s&nbsp;vyu\u017eit\u00edm konfok\u00e1ln\u00ed mikroskopie a svetlovodn\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken zobrazuje funkcn\u00ed stavy vybran\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;cel\u00e9m zv\u00edreti (demonstroval docent Jakub Ot\u00e1hal v&nbsp;oddelen\u00ed V\u00fdvojov\u00e9 epileptologie), nebo predstaven\u00ed nejmodernej\u0161\u00edho <strong>konfok\u00e1ln\u00edho mikroskopu<\/strong> doktorkou Luci\u00ed Kub\u00ednovou behem kr\u00e1tk\u00e9ho zastaven\u00ed v&nbsp;oddelen\u00ed Biomatematiky. Jak uvedla doktorka Kub\u00ednov\u00e1, \u201edal\u0161\u00ed perspektivu v&nbsp;rozvoji zobrazovac\u00edch metod zarucuje zapojen\u00ed Fyziologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu do projektu &nbsp;Czech-BioImaging, n\u00e1rodn\u00ed infrastruktury ve spolupr\u00e1ci mnoha akademick\u00fdch a univerzitn\u00edch pracovi\u0161t\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fgu.cas.czhttps:\/\/www.fgu.cas.cz\/upload\/files\/2017_07_25_10_11_172.png\" style=\"width: 300px; height: 300px;\" alt=\"-\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><em>3D zobrazen\u00ed kapil\u00e1r v&nbsp;lidsk\u00e9 placente.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00e1v\u0161teva <strong>oddelen\u00ed Bioenergetiky<\/strong>, nove pod veden\u00edm doktora Tom\u00e1\u0161e Mr\u00e1cka, uk\u00e1zala, jak je rozv\u00edjen v\u00fdzkum chorob zapr\u00edcinen\u00fdch poruchou metabolismu mitochondri\u00ed. Tato velmi te\u017ek\u00e1, a vet\u0161inou fat\u00e1ln\u00ed onemocnen\u00ed, se zac\u00ednaj\u00ed projevovat ji\u017e v&nbsp;detsk\u00e9m veku. Jejich diagnostika a pozn\u00e1n\u00ed jejich podstaty v\u00fdznamne pokrocily tak\u00e9 d\u00edky v\u00fdzkumum prov\u00e1den\u00fdm ve spolupr\u00e1ci mezi Fyziologick\u00fdm \u00fastavem a 1.&nbsp;l\u00e9karskou fakultou UK, v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci Centra mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed biologie a patologie, centra excelence (2014-2018), kter\u00e9 koordinuje doktor Josef Hou\u0161tek, b\u00fdval\u00fd vedouc\u00ed oddelen\u00ed Bioenergetiky.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prof. Franti\u0161ek Kol\u00e1r, vedouc\u00ed <strong>oddelen\u00ed V\u00fdvojov\u00e9 kardiologie<\/strong>, uk\u00e1zal, jak\u00fdm zpusobem studuj\u00ed odolnost srdecn\u00edho svalu vuci po\u0161kozen\u00ed akutn\u00edm nedostatkem kysl\u00edku, a to na jednotliv\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00edch od molekuly a\u017e k&nbsp;cel\u00e9mu organismu, s&nbsp;vyu\u017eit\u00edm zv\u00edrec\u00edch modelu lidsk\u00fdch onemocnen\u00ed. Nadmern\u00e1 aktivace glutam\u00e1tov\u00fdch receptoru se v\u0161ak pod\u00edl\u00ed na patologii rady neurodegenerativn\u00edch onemocnen\u00ed. Host\u00e9 meli z\u00e1jem o v\u00fdsledky v\u00fdvoje l\u00e1tek s&nbsp;neuroprotektivn\u00edm pusoben\u00edm a byli zaujat\u00ed organizac\u00ed synaptick\u00fdch kontaktu, tzv. dendritick\u00fdch trnu. Dozvedeli se tak\u00e9, jak pod koordinac\u00ed doktora Vyklick\u00e9ho \u00faspe\u0161ne funguje \u0161irok\u00e1 mezi\u00fastavn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci Projektu excelence v&nbsp;oblasti neuroved (2012-2018), kter\u00e1 tak\u00e9 zahrnuje i v\u00fdvoj nov\u00fdch l\u00e9civ ve spolupr\u00e1ci s&nbsp;\u00dastavem organick\u00e9 chemie a biochemie.<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fgu.cas.czhttps:\/\/www.fgu.cas.cz\/upload\/files\/31_5.jpg\" style=\"width: 300px; height: 300px;\" alt=\"-\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><em>Nervov\u00e1 bunka v&nbsp;tk\u00e1nov\u00e9 kulture.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Vedouc\u00ed juniorsk\u00e9 skupiny na oddelen\u00ed Molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed neurobiologie, doktor Martin Bala\u0161t\u00edk, sezn\u00e1mil hosty se studiem molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch mechanismu a sign\u00e1ln\u00edch kask\u00e1d, kter\u00e9 reguluj\u00ed\/r\u00edd\u00ed polarizaci neuronu a rust a nav\u00e1den\u00ed axonu\/dendritu ve vyv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00edm se nervov\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu. Tento v\u00fdzkum mimo jin\u00e9 prisp\u00edv\u00e1 k&nbsp;objasnen\u00ed mechanismu patogeneze neurodegenerativn\u00edch onemocnen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prof. Ale\u0161 Stuchl\u00edk, vedouc\u00ed <strong>oddelen\u00ed Neurofyziologie pameti<\/strong>, uk\u00e1zal, jak pomoc\u00ed neuroanatomick\u00fdch, farmakologick\u00fdch a behavior\u00e1ln\u00edch pr\u00edstupu studuj\u00ed mechanismy ucen\u00ed a pameti. Kognitivn\u00ed funkce jsou\/b\u00fdvaj\u00ed naru\u0161eny nejen napr\u00edklad pri Alzheimerove chorobe, ale i v&nbsp;pr\u00edpade dal\u0161\u00edch onemocnen\u00ed, jak\u00fdmi jsou napr. obsedantne-kompulzivn\u00ed porucha ci schizofrenie. Zduraznil v\u00fdznam spolupr\u00e1ce s&nbsp;N\u00e1rodn\u00edm \u00fastavem du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed, s&nbsp;n\u00edm\u017e oddelen\u00ed sd\u00edl\u00ed nekolik klinicky zameren\u00fdch v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch projektu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kdyby bylo zb\u00fdvalo v\u00edce casu, jiste by vedouc\u00ed mnoha dal\u0161\u00edch oddelen\u00ed tak\u00e9 n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00edkum r\u00e1di uk\u00e1zali, na cem jejich t\u00fdmy pracuj\u00ed, napr. studium \u201ebiologick\u00fdch hodin\u201c v&nbsp;<strong>oddelen\u00ed Neurohumor\u00e1ln\u00edch regulac\u00ed <\/strong>veden\u00e9ho doktorkou Alenou Sumovou, pr\u00e1ci <strong>oddelen\u00ed Experiment\u00e1ln\u00ed hypertenze <\/strong>pod nov\u00fdm veden\u00edm doktorky Ivany Vaneckov\u00e9 s&nbsp;\u00fazkou vazbou na klinick\u00fd v\u00fdzkum v&nbsp;Institutu klinick\u00e9 a experiment\u00e1ln\u00ed medic\u00edny v&nbsp;Praze, ci v\u00fdzkum zameren\u00fd na <strong>Strukturn\u00ed biologii sign\u00e1ln\u00edch proteinu <\/strong>prov\u00e1den\u00e9m v&nbsp;oddelen\u00ed doktorky Veroniky Ob\u0161ilov\u00e9, kter\u00e9 ned\u00e1vno pos\u00edlilo v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 kapacity Fyziologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu deta\u0161ovan\u00e9 do Biotechnologick\u00e9ho a biomedic\u00ednsk\u00e9ho centra BIOCEV ve Vestci.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na z\u00e1ver reditel podekoval pan\u00ed predsedkyni Za\u017e\u00edmalov\u00e9 a panu m\u00edstopredsedovi Havlasovi za jejich n\u00e1v\u0161tevu. Uvedl, \u017ee se te\u0161\u00ed na pokracov\u00e1n\u00ed neform\u00e1ln\u00ed diskuse nad obecn\u00fdmi i specifick\u00fdmi radostmi i strastmi vedeck\u00e9ho \u017eivota a douf\u00e1, \u017ee veden\u00ed Akademie bude podporovat koncepcn\u00ed re\u0161en\u00ed rekonstrukce infrastruktury v&nbsp;krcsk\u00e9m are\u00e1lu.
