The thermal imaging camera enables temperature measurement, for example the surface body temperature at various locations. It can be used both for thermographic imaging and radiometric video recording. The sensor resolution is 464 x 348 pixels, the detector sensitivity is 0.03 \u00b0C, and the accuracy is \u00b12 %. The camera has a touchscreen display and intuitive controls. The advantage of this method of detecting an animal’s temperature is that the animal is scanned in the cage where it is kept, so its temperature is not affected by the stress associated with handling.<\/p>\n
