In addition this function, mouse&#8217;s&nbsp;water and food consumption during the measurement is detected. The device is suitable for use in combination with indirect calorimetry. Based on the analysis of excreted nitrogen, oxidation of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats can be accurately calculated from indirect calorimetry data. 4 metabolic cages are available.<\/p>\n<p>Unique features:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 The device allows for easy collection of urine and feces at defined time intervals.<\/p>\n<p>The device can only be reserved if you have this method included in a valid Project of Experiments. The sample text for the Animal Experiment Project is available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.fgu.cas.cz\/zvirata\/projekty-pokusu\/\">Intranet in the section Animal Breeding \u2013 Experiment Projects<\/a>.
