Organization of respirometric workshop

The Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague organized an international respirometric workshop (May 28–29, 2013). The aim of the workshop was to show students how to work with the unique oxygraph OROBOROS (International O2k-Workshop on High-Resolution Respirometry) and how to use it for measurements of cell respiration. We not only participated in the organization and gave several talks during the theoretical session but also shared our experience with using the oxygraph in the practical session.
