The Office of the Director provides various administrative and organizational work of IPHYS.. It covers following agenda:
- handling of e-mail inbox fgu@fgu.cas.cz
- processing data box FGU
- keeping records management and archives FGU
- keeping the agenda of patents and utility models
It organizes the events for the public and also the professional lectures.
It ensures the popularization of the Institute to the media and the public.
