The main objective of the project is to improve the strategic setup of the Institute of Physiology of the Czech Academy of Sciences and to enhance the level of training of its staff in the areas of management, international cooperation, open science and R&D communication/public outreach. The implementation of the project will significantly contribute to increasing the quality and transparency of research, strengthening the international competitiveness of the Institute, and improving the sharing of the benefits of biomedical research with the public.
