Content of the project:
The main objective of the project is to build an environment and infrastructure for the implementation of scientific research activities in the field of spa and balneology with high application potential and the prospect of a significant contribution to economic growth and improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the Karlovy Vary Region. The Institute of Physiology will perform specialized analyses aimed at monitoring the effect of spa treatment on changes in epitranscriptomic regulation, metabolome, proteome and inflammation markers in plasma of T2DM patients before and after complex treatment.
